Come learn a few crochet basics (how to chain, single crochet, and color change) and make this adorable cross body bag.
Two possible sizes (see material list below for each size).
Class fee is $45 for instruction only and you will need to bring the following:
WHAT TO BRING:
-219 yards of linen yarn in your color choice for small bag (which is 7"wide by 8" tall)
or
-219 yards of one color plus another 219 yards of another color (or 440 yards of one color) for the larger sized bag (which is 10"x12")
-Size G hook
Recommended yarn is Rowan Creative Linen. Or, a worsted weight linen, or size 4 linen (medium weight)
Students will need to attend 2 sessions: Wednesday, March 22st 6:30pm-8:30pm and then Wednesday, March 29th 6:30pm-8:30pm.
Be prepared to work on your bag in between sessions, as that will help you greatly. Not working on your bag between sessions typically results in the need for additional sessions, which are at private session rates or additional session time can be obtained by purchasing and attending a Tuesday drop-in group session (10am-noon and/or 6:30pm-8:30pm). Photo Waiver Policy: By registering for this class you agree to allow Shiny Squirrel Art Studio to take and use your digital image for use in marketing materials such as social media posts, brochures, etc.
Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds for this class if you miss one or both of the sessions. If cancellation notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to event, student may attend a future Beginner Knitting or crochet class in which seats are available.
