Join Shiny Squirrel Art Studio Sunday, March 24th 2pm-4pm as we walk you through the very relaxing medium of watercolor. Most supplies (see supply list below) will be provided. You will will learn several brushstroke techniques, basic color theory as it relates to watercolor, and other helpful information as we guide you through your own 9"x12" watercolor painting. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Watercolor paints and paper will be provided-students need to bring the following to class (or purchase them at Shiny Squirrel Art Student prior to class):
SUPPLY LIST:
1 (one) Size 0 or 2 Liner Brush of good quality (Stay away from "value" or "student" brushes)
(Can be purchased at Shiny Squirrel Art Studio Retail price $3.50)
Optional: Additional Liner sizes
1 (one) Size 8 Round Brush of good quality (stay away from "value" or "student" brushes)
(Can be purchased at Shiny Squirrel Art Studio Retail price $5.50)
Optional: Additional Round sizes, such as Size 4, 6 and/or 12
Absorbent bath towel (for drying brushes)

Age Requirement: Must be at least 12 years old to attend.
