Collection: Private Events

Contact ShinySquirrelArt@gmail.com to learn more about options and pricing for your private event!  Our studio fits 24 artists comfortably, and we work with other local venues to accommodate larger groups or we can come to you.

Outside food and beverages allowed, free parking and wi-fi, use of workshop space for up to 4 hours, party space with food and/or gifts, use of mini fridge, sink, and restroom available.  Pre-approved decorations allowed.

Booking/Refund/Cancellation Policies:

A deposit ($50 minimum and $300 maximum, depending on factors such as day/time, number of attendees, and needed prep time) is required at time of booking, which is fully refundable IF written cancellation notice has been provided to ShinySquirrelArt@gmail.com no later than ten (10) business days prior to event start date.

Deposit amount will be applied towards total event fee, and remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours prior to event start time. 

Rescheduling of private events may be possible but is not guaranteed.  Rescheduling ability depends on day/time selected for original event and availability for rescheduled date/time.  Rescheduling requests should be made no later than ten (10) business days prior to event date to avoid cancellation fee (non-refundable deposit amount).
